How do I use them? 30 min a day or how? Could you please share some advice

Thanks for your answer.

I will continue with the plus lens. Yes, I can pass the 20/20 test, but I don't think I can pass the 20/15 yet. In the night light sources seems to be smudge out. Is that normal? If you know what I mean.

Dear CT,
I guessed you are almost at the stage of zero focal state. You could pass the standard eye chart of 20/20.

As Otis pointed out, it should be wise to develop some hyperopic reserve for your eyes. So please continue the use of strong plus lens for near use.

Once you could pass the 20/15 with naked eye or could read 20/20 with +0.50 or +1.00. Congratulation! That means you have the hyperopic reserve for excellent sharp vision in day and night.

It is the foundamental vision for all kids at age 4 to 6. That is why I encourage my child to put on +1.50 for reading and writing to preserve her moderate hyperopia before becoming nearsightedness. By this level, you could quit the strong plus but don't forget to put on weak plus for prolong near work.

I wish you could achieve your pilot license and don't forget flight to visit Otis and me by the time it comes true.

sincerely,
Steve
